The Restaurant

A spacious room with nuances of gold, slate, and midnight blue, large semi-circular seats, resembling ships ready to depart, François-Joseph Graf imagined a heavenly and magical setting for the Plage Palace restaurant. Each table in the restaurant is imbued with its own identity and its own fabrics. A large low table awaits those who prefer to dine in front of the hotel’s grand fireplace, where the fire is kept crackling day and night.

Through the bay windows, the Mediterranean, like an immense living painting, unveiling its shades: azure in the day, pink in the evening, and at night, ink blue, where the silver reflections of the moon dance. An ample terrace of wood flooring welcomes those who wish to be as close as possible to this marine backdrop.

The menu offers a Mediterranean version of great classics from “La Maison Costes.”  Tuna or lobster Belle Niçoise, fried calamari, sole, and red mullet fillets, all locally sourced. For dessert, among the specialties, you can find the famous pavlova or Igor’s Mont-Blanc.

The restaurant and its terrace are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all night.

Located accross the pool, facing the sea, you can peacefully eat and drink anytime of the day.
